Ø Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer
How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Ø Provide your order number
Ø Submit clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective item showing the issue
Ø Wait for our team to review and approve your request

Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued as store credit to your account. Store credit:
Ø Has no expiration date and can be used at any time
Ø Can be used on any future purchase in our store
Ø Cannot be exchanged for cash
Ø No cash or card refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Ø Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Ø Items reported after the 7-day window
Ø Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
