Processing Time
After placing your order, we require 7 business days for material preparation, handcrafting, and design.
Once your bracelet is completed, we will take photos or a video to confirm the product details with you. We will only proceed with packaging and shipping after receiving your confirmation.
Every bracelet is handcrafted in Hong Kong. We put care and attention into every detail, from material selection to final finishing.

Pre‑Shipment Confirmation
To ensure you receive the product as expected, we will provide the following before shipping:
Product photos/videos: We will send you photos or a short video of the finished piece via email for your review.
Confirmation reply: Please reply with "OK," and we will then package and ship your order.
If we do not receive your reply within 3 business days, we will assume that you have confirmed the product and proceed with shipping to ensure timely delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
Different countries may impose customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the buyer's responsibility, and we are unable to estimate or control them.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or failure to collect the package within the specified period, we will charge a reshipping fee.
If you wish to cancel your order, the refund will be deducted from the shipping and handling fees already incurred.
